This beautiful villa, built in a rustic Mediterranean style, offers you all the comforts and is the perfect location for a beach holiday with your family or a group of friends. From here you can reach in few minutes the most beautiful beaches of the north coast of Sicily!
The villa is divided into two independent apartments and offers its guests enough privacy and a cozy get-together, thanks to its spacious panoramic terrace where you can spend relaxing hours.
The first apartment has a large entrance and living area with direct access to the terrace. A fully equipped kitchen and the dining area are also located on the ground floor. The upper part of the house can sleep up to 6 people in 2 double bedrooms and a twin bedroom. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning. In addition, there is also a bathroom with shower.
The second apartment next door, on the other hand, can accommodate 4 people. In the entrance area you will find yourself in the kitchen as well as the dining and living area, where you also have direct access to the panoramic terrace. On the upper floor of the apartment guests will find a bedroom with double bed and sea view, as well as a second bedroom with two single beds and a bathroom with shower. Again, all rooms are equipped with air conditioning.
Villa Giorgia is surrounded by a large garden where our little guests can let off steam and enjoy themselves, while from the terrace you can enjoy the view of the Aeolian Islands. In the immediate vicinity is also the beach, which is equipped with kiosks where you can get a refreshment.

Villa Giorgia is 30 meters from San Giorgio beach, near Gioiosa Marea. From here you can reach in a few minutes by car some of the most beautiful beaches on the northern coast of Sicily. For example, Capo Calavà attracts many visitors with its cliffs and promises even in the months of high season, quieter beach days. A few minutes from Gioiosa Marea is Tindari and its white lagoons and Marinello beach. Above the lagoons stands out the Sanctuary of the Black Madonna of Tindari, which is characterized by its legend. There are also remains of ancient Tyndaris, which you can admire.
The north coast offers a variety of cultural and culinary activities, in which you can get to know Sicily and its culture better.
